About Us

 Odd duck diner is a scratch kitchen with an emphasis on our fresh baked breads, donuts, and approachable (but unique) diner food.  

Our core philosophy here at odd duck diner revolves around the premise of “good food takes time.” That means that we will take the time required to make sure that every food or drink that we put out is up to the standard that we are striving to achieve. 

If we have run out of something or your order is taking longer than you would like, just know that we weren’t willing to cut corners in order to sell you a product that we aren’t proud of. 

Our kitchen and bakery are rooted in a true “made from scratch” attitude and we are proud of what we are able to produce. For simplicity’s sake everything that we don’t make, produce, or thoroughly manipulate right here is highlighted in **blue** on the menu. 

We are trying to bring you back to a time before most food was made and processed in large factories, frozen, and shipped all around the world in a one-bite-fits-all approach to foodservice.
